In advance of a planned 2020 retirement, Co-operative Insurance Companies seeks candidates for the position of President and CEO.
In this role, you will plan, develop, and establish organizational objectives and policies in accordance with Board directives and based on profitability and return on capital. You will manage and direct the company toward its primary objectives with an established and experienced executive management team. More specifics are available in the full job description.

- Master’s degree plus 10 or more years senior leadership experience in the P/C insurance industry, or any equivalent combination

(For brighter lights/bigger city, you can be in Burlington in 50 minutes and Montreal, Albany, or Boston in 2-3.5 hours.)
Within half an hour, you can be on snowboard or skis, hiking, cycling a mountain gap, kayaking rivers or lakes, or exploring National Forest or historic sites; in another 30-60 minutes, you can be on the slopes of Killington, Mad River Glen, Sugarbush, Stowe, or the Adirondacks.
